COVID19

Kia ora  ~ We’ll be operating under new management as of October 21st and are instituting guidelines to be in place to minimise the risk of community transmission of COVID19.

These are extraordinary times and they require extraordinary care and attention as well as extra measures to ensure the health and safety of all.

Our government and Ministry of Health have stated, as already proven, that it’s not a matter of ‘if’ there will be another case of community transmission of the COVID19 virus, but ‘when’.

With this in mind, we won’t be operating under the governments COVID19 alert levels 3 and 4, and to keep our guests and staff safe, we’ll be operating under a limited capacity in alert levels 1 and 2.

We’re instituting these measures to ensure the health and safety of all.

If COVID19 alert levels change before your stay and we’re closing the camp or limiting capacity, your deposit will be returned in full.

If alert levels change during your stay, we may request that you leave and a refund for your unused nights will be returned in full and will be refunded at a later date.

We’re looking forward to hosting you and to coming through the other side of this global pandemic with health and good times ahead.

Booking Policy

Bookings made less than one week prior to arrival are to be paid in full.

Bookings require a payment of a deposit of either 20% or one nights stay, which ever is higher. The balance of your reservation is payable on arrival.

Bookings that fall anywhere within the period of 28th December to the 4th of January must be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.

Bookings of groups of unaccompanied minors will not be accepted during our peak period but may be accepted at other times of the year.

We understand pets are family and well socialised little creatures are welcome at our discretion. You will need to make prior arrangements with us to bring your pet.

Surcharge

A surcharge will apply when payment is made by Credit Card at a maximum of 2.5%.

Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is received within 7 days of scheduled arrival no refund of deposit shall be given.

If cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival you shall be entitled to a refund less $20 cancellation fee.

Your Personal Information

When you make a booking we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address and  vehicle registration.

Depending on COVID19 Alert levels we may require you to offer us further information.

Personal information you submit when placing your booking will be respected and treated as confidential.

During our peak period we will require the names and contact details of everyone staying with us.
